Bonus Listing Slots

Donations grant bonus listing slots on our marketplace according to the current formula:

Current Formula: +10 slots per 1 peso donated

Bonus slots are automatically calculated and applied after your donation is verified
The bonus formula may change at any time without prior notice
Bonus slots are permanent and non-transferable
If your account is terminated, bonus slots are forfeited

Donation Verification

Donations are not automatically credited. Our team will review your donation and supporting documentation:

Verification may take 1-7 business days
We may request additional proof of payment
If verification fails, your donation will be rejected and no bonus slots granted
We reserve the right to reject donations that appear fraudulent or unauthorized

Bonus listing slots are provided "as-is" without any warranty or guarantee.

We do not guarantee that bonus slots will be available indefinitely
We do not guarantee that the service will remain operational
We do not guarantee that bonus slots will result in any sales

Account Termination

If your account is terminated for any reason:

All bonus slots are immediately forfeited
No refund will be issued for donations
No exception will be made regardless of the reason for termination

Payment & Verification:

Upon approval, limits increase immediately

Application & Approval:

Submit request with optional reason (free, no payment)

Combining Upgrades

You can have both upgrades active at the same time:

Example: Slot Boost + Store Owner

If you purchase Slot Boost (15,000 limits) AND get approved as Store Owner (10,000 limits), you still have 15,000 limits. Store Owner status adds 30 bulk posts and 150 accessories.

The upgrades are independent and can be applied separately or together. Your account will use whichever upgrade gives you the highest limits.

Marketplace Standards

By upgrading, you agree to:

Follow all marketplace terms and community guidelines
Respond to customer inquiries promptly
Maintain accurate product listings and pricing
Handle disputes professionally and fairly
Not list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items
Maintain good standing with the community

Suspension & Revocation

We may revoke or suspend your upgraded status if you:

Violate marketplace terms or policies
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Maintain a low seller rating (below community standards)
Repeatedly fail to respond to customer inquiries
List counterfeit or prohibited items
Harass other users or engage in disputes

⚠️ Suspension is permanent. Store Owner status cannot be restored.

Non-Refundable Policy

Slot Boost payments are permanently non-refundable:

No refunds for any reason after approval
No refunds if you change your mind
No refunds if your account is suspended
No partial refunds or downgrade credits
No exceptions under any circumstances

Store Owner status is admin-discretionary and may be revoked without compensation.

Donation & Refund Policy:

Donations: Voluntary contributions. Each ₱100 = +200 listing slots. Non-refundable after verification
Card Purchases: Refund policies set by individual sellers
Store Owner Status: No charge; decision is at admin discretion
Price Multiplier: Your personal setting (cannot be refunded as it's a free feature)

Accurately describe all items

Ship items promptly after payment

Honor the prices you listed (MTGJSON-calculated or custom)
Handle disputes fairly and in good faith
Understand your personal multiplier applies to your prices only

Limitation of Liability

MTG Card Bazzar is provided "as-is". We are not responsible for:

Loss or damage during shipping
Disputes between users

Your personal multiplier calculations or pricing decisions
Third-party actions or payment provider errors

Account Termination & Role Changes

We may terminate your account if you:

Violate these terms
Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
Violate intellectual property rights
Engage in harassment or abuse
List counterfeit or stolen items

Role Changes & Donation Status:

Donations are permanent once verified and non-refundable
Donation bonuses cannot be removed even if account is downgraded
Store Owner status is admin-controlled and may be revoked for violations
Account downgrade reduces listing limits to your base tier + donations
Personal price multiplier can be reset to default (55.00) if account is compromised

Account termination is permanent and irreversible.

Yes! Creating an account is completely free. Register to buy, sell, or communicate with other users.

What are the account tiers?

Regular: 3,000 listings (free). With Donations: Each ₱100 = +200 slots (unlimited). Store Owner: 15,000 listings + accessories (1-year verified badge, admin approval).

How do donations work?

Donate any amount via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. Each ₱100 verified = +200 listing slots. Donations are permanent and non-refundable. Donate as much as you want to scale your marketplace presence.

What is the Personal Price Multiplier?

A free feature in Settings. Set your USD→PHP conversion rate (default 55.00). When listing cards, Scryfall market prices are auto-converted using your multiplier. Only you can see and change it.

How does Scryfall pricing work?

We pull daily market data from Scryfall (TCGPlayer market prices). When you add a card, we suggest a price based on Scryfall USD price × your personal multiplier. You can accept or customize.

How do I become a Store Owner?

Submit a request through "Request Store Owner" in your settings. Our admin team reviews your application. Approved store owners get 15,000 listings, can create accessories, 30 bulk lots, and a verified badge. Decisions typically take 24-48 hours. Valid for 1 year with renewal reminder 30 days before expiration.

Buying & Selling

What payment methods do you accept?

For donations and upgrades: GCash, Maya, or bank transfer (provide reference). For card purchases: Payment depends on individual seller.

Can I get a refund on a donation?

No. Donations are voluntary contributions to support the platform. Once verified, bonus slots are permanent and non-refundable.

How do I set prices for my cards?

Enter a card and get an Scryfall suggestion (USD price × your multiplier). Accept or customize the price. Your personal multiplier only affects YOUR prices, not anyone else's.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Document with photos, contact seller, and open a dispute if needed. We help resolve disputes fairly.

How does the rating system work?

After an order completes, rate on 1-5 stars or like/dislike. Leave optional comments. Ratings help other users decide who to buy from.

Safety & Security

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. HTTPS encryption, BCRYPT password hashing, and privacy controls. Your address, contact, and price multiplier are private. Only share what you choose.

Is my price multiplier shared with other users?

No. Your personal multiplier is completely private. Only YOU can see and change it. Other users see your final prices, not your multiplier.

What data do you collect for donations?

Payment reference (GCash/Maya/bank transfer), optional receipt image. All data is private and used only for verification. Once verified, the donation is recorded and locked in.

What if my account is hacked?

Change your password immediately, contact support, review account activity, and report unauthorized transactions within 30 days.

How do I report a scam?

Click "Report User" and provide details of the dispute. Our admin team investigates and takes appropriate action. Fraud reports are priority.
