Please read these terms carefully. By using MTG Card Bazzar, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, and using MTG Card Bazzar (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
Account & Registration
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
- Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
- Account role assignments (regular, boosted, store owner) are at our discretion
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized or illegal activity.
Marketplace Rules
As a user of our marketplace, you agree NOT to:
- List counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items (including cards and accessories)
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent products
- Harass, threaten, or defame other users (including via chat or notifications)
- Attempt to bypass our security or moderation measures
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Spam, post promotional content, or abuse the chat system
- Violate any local, state, or federal laws
- Attempt to manipulate prices, ratings, badges, or artificially inflate demand
- Abuse admin tools, analytics, or notification systems
Payment & Transactions
All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Pay the full amount due for items purchased
- Provide accurate payment and shipping information
- Accept responsibility for all charges incurred
- Report unauthorized transactions within 30 days
Slot Boost Upgrades (β±500): One-time, non-refundable payment. Increases listing limits permanently with no expiration or renewal.
Store Owner Requests: Free application reviewed by admins. No payment required. Decision within 24-48 hours.
Refunds: Refund policies for card purchases are determined by individual sellers. Slot Boost upgrades are non-refundable. Store Owner requests are free with no refund policy.
Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you agree to:
- Accurately describe all items for sale (cards and accessories)
- Include clear photos, Scryfall-powered images, and condition details
- Ship items promptly after payment confirmation
- Use appropriate shipping methods and insurance
- Respond to buyer inquiries and chat messages in a timely manner
- Handle disputes professionally and fairly
- Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, and accessory listings
- Not engage in bait-and-switch tactics
- Respect admin moderation and badge systems
Buyer Responsibilities
As a buyer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Pay for items and accessories promptly after purchase
- Not open false disputes or chargebacks
- Inspect items upon receipt and report issues
- Communicate professionally with sellers (including via chat)
- Leave honest feedback, ratings, and badge nominations
- Not attempt to circumvent seller communication or platform features
Intellectual Property
All content on MTG Card Bazzar, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of MTG Card Bazzar or its licensors, except for user-generated content and third-party intellectual property (such as Magic: The Gatheringβ’ card data).
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
- You grant us the right to use your user-generated content (including chat, badges, and analytics) on the platform
- Magic: The Gatheringβ’ is owned by Wizards of the Coast
- Card data and images are provided by Scryfall and used under their terms
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTG Card Bazzar is provided "as-is" without warranties or guarantees. We are not responsible for:
- Item loss, damage, or theft during shipping
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Third-party actions or content
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction in question.
Dispute Resolution
For disputes between buyers and sellers:
- Contact our support team through the website
- Provide documentation and evidence
- We will investigate within 5-10 business days
- Our decision regarding disputes is final
- Disputes must be filed within 30 days of the transaction
We reserve the right to take actions including suspending accounts or refunding transactions if we determine fraud or policy violations.
Account Termination & Role Changes
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms or our policies
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- You violate intellectual property rights
- You maintain a rating below acceptable levels
- You engage in harassment or abusive behavior
Slot Boost Status: Permanent once approved and activated. Cannot be refunded or downgraded.
Store Owner Status: May be revoked permanently if terms are violated. Cannot be restored once revoked.
Termination is permanent. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any benefits (including Slot Boost increases or Store Owner status).
Third-Party Links & Content
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for:
- Third-party website content or practices
- Third-party terms or privacy policies
- Links to external services (Scryfall for card data/images/pricing, payment processors, shipping providers)
Please review third-party terms and policies separately before using their services.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through our dispute resolution process as outlined in Section 9. By using our Service, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts if necessary.
